An Introduction to the Law
This knowledge module has been designed as a resource for those who are, or will be, involved in a collaborative enterprise leadership role, and would like to know more about how the law affects them.
The module was written by non lawyers in plain English. It is built on research, and shaped by the many questions and discussions from our past workshops.
It provides an overview of law, its evolution, and a broad picture of how it impacts collaborative enterprise.
