An Introduction to the Law
This course has been designed as a resource for those who are, or are soon to be, involved in a leadership role in a collaborative enterprise, and want to know more about how the law affects them.
The module was written by non lawyers in plain English. It builds on the many workshops on the subject we have delivered and the questions posed to us.
It provides an overview of law, its evolution, and a broad picture of how it impacts collaborative enterprise.
